100% Grenache Noir:

Heron Bluff Vineyard. 

This wine takes inspiration from the white Pinot Noirs made in the Willamette Valley. we took a half ton of Grenache Noir, sorted and pressed the grapes to a neutral French oak barrel, where full primary and malolactic fermentation took place. Following fermentation, this wine spent 8 months on its lees in barrel before being bottled.

Tasting Notes:  This opulent wine opens with inviting aromas of honeysuckle and butterscotch. The creamy mid-palate delivers a luxurious, mouth-coating texture that seems to caress every corner. Notes of blood orange rind provide a bright, citrusy lift while maintaining elegant balance. The finish reveals an intriguing hint of teddy graham crackers, suggesting subtle baking spices and graham flour that linger pleasantly.
