2022 French Creek Vineyard Rosé

100% Grenache.  French Creek Vineyard. 

2022 is a shift in our rosé program, as we were able to source some grenache from French Creek vineyard that was grown specifically for rosé. This wine was sorted, crushed, and destemmed, spent about 4 hours on skins, and then was pressed. A 14 day fermentation was completed to dryness, and malolactic fermentation was blocked to retain the bright acidity and freshness.

Tasting Notes:  A beautiful pale pink with elegant aromas of spring flowers, citrus peel and grapefruit candy. Crisp and refreshing on the palate, flavors of strawberry, blood orange, a touch of fresh herbs. This rosé has a vibrant impact that definitely brings you back for another taste.
